GJ-SJ-101G is a special Submerged Arc welding flux SJ-101G designed for the welding of steel pipes in the "West East Gas Pipeline". Usage:

Welding flux SJ-101G can be combined with suitable welding wires (H08C, H08MnA, H10Mn2, HO8MnMoA, HO8Mn2MoA) to weld various pipeline steels, such as X52, X60, X65, x70, etc. It can also be used for multi-layer welding, double-sided single pass welding, multi wire welding, and narrow gap submerged arc welding.

Cautions:

1. Submerged Arc welding flux SJ-101G must be baked at 300-350 ℃ for 2 hours before use.

2. Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture should be removed from the welded parts. This flux is recognized by the American Welding Society (AWS) as F7A4-EH14 (H10Mn2)
